This is our longest one day tour from Tallinn which covers lots of interesting sites in north-eastern part of Estonia. On this tour you will admire typical Estonian landscapes on the way to eastern regions of the country. We will stop by the picturesque ruins of Toolse Fortress and have a short walk around it. Another monument from medieval times in our program will be the Narva Castle on the Russian border. The town itself also maintained medieval atmosphere which can be fully experienced while listening about its long and interesting history. We will also see here the 19th century Kreenholm factory complex. The other aspect of our tour will be the era of communism. We will show you Stalinist architecture of Sillamae. Something to remember for a long time after the tour will be an original Soviet tank T-34 and a statue of Lenin. Finally we will visit a ghost town of Viivikonna.
